The following terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DENKER SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CORP.. 2. Service Authorization
You authorize us to act as your agent for the limited purpose of arranging transportation with authorized motor carriers. We don't just move boxes; we manage the integrity of your brand's transit. All shipments are subject to carrier-specific tariffs and BOL (Bill of Lading) requirements.
3. Tracking & Data Usage

Note: Liability limits for cargo loss are set at $0.50 per pound unless additional coverage is purchased in writing prior to dispatch.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 15 days of delivery unless otherwise negotiated. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Don't let your credit status impact your shipping priority; we're here to help you scale smoothly.
